A walk through history in a full-day excursion to Shimla, the erstwhile summer capital of the British Raj, with our expert historian. The three-hour walk offers a wide spectrum of old colonial architecture and a glimpse of Shimla's glorious history starting from the Viceregal Lodge, Gorton Castle, St. Michael's Cathedral, The Mall, The Ridge and Clarkes Hotel. The walk can be more leisurely with a lunch at Clarkes Hotel.

A charming walk deep into the glen valley that lies hidden amidst the lush green northern slope of the ridge that Cecil is perched on. A short walk (or drive) down the road to Annandale brings one to the bifurcation on a spur that descends through dense Rhododendron and Pine forest to a beautiful mountain stream. Walk back to the spur to continue the climb back to Cecil or pick the option of a drive back to hotel.
